Yes. We offer free delivery in the Middletown, Townsend, and Odessa areas. Additional travel fees may apply for areas further out. Travel fees are automatically calculated based on the event location and added to the order.
Yes, the price includes set-up and removal of the equipment.
Yes. Depending on the size of the order, there is a potential we can deliver to areas not listed. Please call at 302-476-5541 for a quote.
We will typically call or email 4-7 days prior to the event to arrange delivery times. Tents are typically delivered 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled event and inflatables are typically delivered the morning of the event between 7am-12pm. We will come back the following day to pick-up your rental. For special arrangements, please call at 302-476- 5541.
No. We will arrive early to set-up so that you get the entire rental time and also time to prepare for your event. Special arrangements can be made by calling us at 302-476-5541.
Each of our tent descriptions on the website offers you the specifics of how many it can comfortably hold. If you have additional questions, don’t hesitate to call us.
No. We do everything for you before we leave the site and we are certain that all safety measures are taken to let you simply enjoy the event. Once you are booked, we ask that all customers review our Safety Policies and Procedures, so that you are aware of anything that will need to be monitored throughout the time of the rental.
We accept cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash on them. We do NOT accept checks.
No worries if you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Rentals cancelled at least 10 days in advance will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 10 days prior to your scheduled event, then your deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
Yes. There will be a link in your receipt once you’ve placed an order to our Rental Contract and Safety Policies and Procedures for your review and signature.
For Tents: We are only able to set-up on grass at this time. Tents booked on concrete or asphalt cannot be set-up and the orders will be cancelled. For Inflatables: We can set up on Grass (our favorite), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl and damage the inflatables.
Yes, all orders require a 35% credit card deposit. All deposits are refundable if you cancel your order at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event/rental date. If you need to cancel within 10 days prior to your scheduled event, then your deposit will be forfeited and nonrefundable.
Yes. An electric blower keeps air in the unit the entire time - if unplugged, it will deflate. We require an outlet within 50´ of the unit and we will provide an extension cord.
All rentals are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Your rental will arrive clean, sanitized and ready for your event!
If you do not have a power source available, you may want to use a generator to provide power. Unfortunately, we do not offer generator rentals at this time.
No. To ensure that our equipment is properly set up and meets all our safety expectations, we do not allow customer set-ups or assemblies. We will handle all set-ups and removals of Tents and Inflatables.
Our goal is to ensure that all equipment is set-up properly so that there are no issues once we leave. In the rare event that there is an issue with your rental, we can be reached at 302-476-5541 everyday until 6pm and will assist you immediately.
